RecurrenceTemplateExtensionURI variable

R5's Appointment.recurrenceTemplate, as the R4 cross-version extension. Appointment/$find with occurrence-count adds it to each proposed first occurrence of a weekly series. Sub-extensions are named for R5's child elements: timezone (valueCodeableConcept, IANA),recurrenceType (valueCodeableConcept, UCUM wk), occurrenceCount (valuePositiveInt), andweeklyTemplate (the weekday, e.g. monday: valueBoolean true, and weekInterval: valuePositiveInt).
